A new Second Street business will be installing water service beginning August 11, with work anticipated to conclude August 20. Vehicular traffic will be maintained in both directions while work is underway, though traffic patterns will be rerouted as necessary, resulting in sequenced lane shifting. Workers will be on-site to route traffic during active construction. Please be cautious while driving through the construction area.
Portions of the sidewalk along the east side of Second Street, from Elm Place to the Second Street Parking Lot, will be closed. The west side sidewalk will remain accessible. In addition, six parking spaces north of the Second Street Parking Lot and south of Elm Road on the eastern portion of the street will be closed during construction.
